全密封電力變壓器取消了儲油柜，用波紋油箱本體的翅板作為散熱冷卻元件，同時(shí)隨著(zhù)變壓器油的增減而 脹縮，使變壓器內部與大氣隔離，防止油的劣化和絕緣受潮及老化，增強了運行的可靠性。鐵心采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋 硅鋼片，有效的改善了磁通密度在鐵心內部的分布狀況，降低了嗓聲，降低了損耗。線(xiàn)圈選用高強度漆包線(xiàn) （或紙包線(xiàn)）卷繞，圓筒式(或餅式）結構，安匝分布均勻，絕緣結構合理，具有很強的 抗短路能力。油箱內使 用的緊固件均采用止退螺母，能保證長(cháng)途運輸后運行時(shí)不至于松脫。油箱表面經(jīng)磷化處理后用三防漆（防潮、 防霉、防鹽霧）涂裝，廣泛應用于治金、礦山、石化等使用環(huán)境較惡劣的場(chǎng)合。

The iron core adopts high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which effectively improves the distribution of magnetic flux density in the iron core, reduces the noise and reduces the loss. The coil is wound with high-strength enamelled wire (or paper-clad wire), cylindrical (or cake) structure, with uniform ampere-turn distribution, reasonable insulation structure and strong short-circuit resistance. The fasteners used in the oil tank are all retaining nuts, which can ensure that they will not loosen during operation after long-distance transportation. After phosphating treatment, the surface of the oil tank is coated with three-proofing paint (moistureproof, mildew-proof, salt spray proof), which is widely used in occasions where the use environment is relatively bad, such as gold treatment, mining, petrochemical and so on.
